SAWBRIDGEWORTH CRICKET CLUB

Welcome to the Play-Cricket website for Sawbridgeworth Cricket Club. The club is affiliated to the Hertfordshire County Cricket Association, the Club Cricket Conference and are members of the Home Counties Premier League and Saracens Hertfordshire Cricket League.

Located on the east Hertfordshire and west Essex Border, Sawbridgeworth is a friendly cricket club always welcoming new members and visitors. The Club boasts amongst the best facilities in Hertfordshire, as well as a friendly and social atmosphere.

We compete with six XI's on a Saturday and two on a Sunday. The 1st XI play in Division Two East of the HCPL, while the 2nd, 3rd and 4th XI's are in Divisions 3, 9, 11, 13 and 14 of the Saracens Herts League.

The 1st XI also compete in three cup competitions:

- the Hertfordshire Cup

- the South East cup

- and the ECB National Club Knockout Competition.

We are also proud to have a thriving colts section, fielding sides at five different age groups and competing in the Hertfordshire youth leagues.
